paint the forest

grand teton national park.

during that glorious summer break when locals meet in the middle of empty streets to socialize. we picnicked, walked trails, and waded in the lake. we sprawled on a blanket and looked at mountains that were being painted. then we went to a little theatre in jackson and watched moonrise kingdom.

i want to remember days like this.

That was a good day, wasn't it? Hope you got your blanket back, thanks for saving my little boy from the shivers!
So jealous of your travels. You capture it beautifully. My sister got to go to Morocco, and brought back a chameleon (don't tell anyone though, she smuggled it on the plane by hiding it down her shirt!). Maybe someday my husband and I will get to travel, but until then, I'll just have to enjoy your pictures. Thanks for sharing!
