we have been listening to lds christmas radio, and of course all of the classic songs. but here are a few that are new to me that i have been enjoying:

A Common Misunderstanding

People often ask me where Laura works, and I say, "Laura works at Anthropologie." People think this:

Unfortunately when I say "Anthropologie" people can't tell that there is an "ie" at the end, thus indicating the clothing store.

It's an understandable mistake, and really I blame Anthropologie for all of this confusion. But just so we're all clear on this:

Robert is on the opposite side of the country from me.

I've been watching chick flicks, and I've been eating strawberry pop-tarts and kettle corn with milk duds in it.

It's quiet here but I'm listening to my downstairs neighbor practicing the trumpet. It's jazzy.

I'm also listening to this song. I heard it at work a while ago but never paid close attention to it until now. Funny how as life changes we get different perspectives on the same things. I think I'll make a home video.
