A: the doughnuts are good. on robert's birthday, they're even better.
B: this might possibly be the best burger in town. which is pretty sad. it's from the university's new cafeteria.
C: the new water park in rexburg is fun, that is, if you like that the water slide rips your swimsuit and that a million little kids keep bumping into you.

When in Oregon for Christmas, me, Robert and my dad stopped at the popular Voodoo Doughnuts in Portland. Because we're doughnut people.

mmm.. maple bacon, our favorite. they also have cereal on doughnuts, which is like having all the best things about breakfast in one bite.

I didn't hardly take any pictures when I was at home in Oregon.

I think that's a mark of a fun vacation.

Fresh doughnuts for breakfast. My brother had doughnuts at his wedding reception and we made several sample batches.
My mom made a delicious birthday cake for the bride.
We had lots of smoothies made with fresh fruit. My mom puts strawberry tops and spinach leaves and apple cores in the smoothies. I didn't even notice.

Oregon's a party

We're getting ready for Adam's wedding.
In the Northwest, blackberry bushes are considered weeds. We scored this bucket of weeds off the side of the road.

Admission to the Oregon State Fair is free when you arrive 30 minutes before closing, and you walk briskly past the carny stewards.
The ride still costs $10.
But it was worth it.

My sister and I, some friends, and family where in Lancaster, PA last weekend.

my aunt and uncle bought half a bushel of peaches. that's 2 pecks. I am still enjoying them.
